Sometimes I feel 47 and sometimes I feel 103.  Depends on the day.

I am married, have a very spoiled cat, and lots of spoiled birds that park on the feeder expecting to be fed, every day.  Also a goldfish that is really black and too large for his bowl.  Which means I have to change the water every week.  When I remember.  He cost me $1.99 at PetSmart and seems to be adapting to life in my office.

I don’t like to cook.  I do like to eat. Hence part of the present problem.

I have a child, and a grandchild.  Both of whom I love dearly.  As I do my Significant Other.

I come alive in nature. I grow by learning something new.

I am grateful everyday to be alive and in good health.
